One of our most popular requests from DIY Brides is our Day of Coordination services. The first question we are asked, “If the venue has an event person on site, do I still need a Day of Coordinator?” Our response, ABSOLUTELY!!
Venue coordinators typically only handle issues with the venue. What can you expect from our Day of Services…. Wedding Coordinator to oversee vendor arrivals, set up and tear down. Final consultation 1 month prior to event date to create itinerary and map out the overall vision of your wedding day. Timeline distribution and vendor confirmation 1-2 weeks prior the event. Troubleshooting, handling last-minute details and keeping the event on schedule. Rehearsal & Ceremony coordination provided at venue site.(photo credit Birdsong Photography)
