Wedding Rehearsal Checklist

Your wedding rehearsal is the perfect time to walk through the big day, smooth out any last-minute details, and make sure everyone knows their role. Here’s a checklist to keep things stress-free!

Philbrook Terrace

Before the Rehearsal:

✔ Confirm the time & location with your venue
✔ Notify your wedding party, officiant, and key players
✔ Plan for who will bring ceremony items (rings, programs, unity candles, etc.)
✔ Decide on processional & recessional order
✔ Bring a copy of the ceremony script (if applicable)

At the Rehearsal:

✔ Walk through the processional (who walks with whom, timing, spacing)
✔ Review key ceremony moments (vows, ring exchange, unity ceremony, etc.)
✔ Assign who will cue music changes (DJ, live musician, etc.)
✔ Practice the recessional (exit)
✔ Go over any special instructions for readers, musicians, or other participants
✔ Answer any last-minute questions from the wedding party

After the Rehearsal:

✔ Celebrate with a rehearsal dinner! 🎉
✔ Give out wedding party gifts (if you haven’t already)
✔ Remind everyone of the wedding day timeline
✔ Get a good night’s sleep—you’re getting married tomorrow! ❤️
